Terms and Conditions for Your Session with Kim Nuttall

Welcome! We're thrilled that you're considering a session with Kim Nuttall, your dedicated medium. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please take a moment to review the terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

a. Booking Fee
To confirm your appointment with Kim, the service must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

b. Payment Methods
You can conveniently make payments through our website using credit card or PayPal. By proceeding with these options, you agree to comply with their respective terms and conditions.

2. Appointment Details

a. Session Format
Kim offers sessions via online video call or in person. Make sure to select the correct service when booking for a seamless experience. You shall be responsible for ensuring that your time-conversion settings while making a booking, and participating in a reading, are correct. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being deemed missed in case we shall retain the full amount paid, without refund.

In person readings; The address will be sent to you the day before your appointment. By booking an in person reading you acknowledge and understand you shall not disclose such address to any person without our prior written consent.

b. Session Timing
Sessions will begin at the scheduled time. To get the most out of your time, please arrive promptly, as subsequent appointments are booked back-to-back.

c. Location for Online Calls

For the best experience, please be in a quiet room, alone and free from distractions. Turn off all non-essential electronic devices as these can interfere with the session.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

a. Rescheduling Policy

You can reschedule your appointment without any fees up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Changes made within 48 hours will be treated as a cancellation.

b. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or miss your session, the full fee will be retained. To reschedule, please reach out to us using the contact details in your confirmation email.

4. Online Session Requirements

a. Technical Needs

Ensure you have a reliable internet connection and the latest version of any necessary software for the video call. We can't extend session time for any technical issues on your side.

5 Conduct During Readings

a. Respectful Engagement 

Approach your session with an open mind and respect for the process. Disruptive or misleading behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

6. No Recording Policy

a. Filming / Recording your session is prohibited.

Please be advised that filming / recording any sessions is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance with this policy may result in the discontinuation of services and could lead to legal action.

3. No Guarantees
   You recognise that the outcomes of mediumship sessions are subjective and can vary significantly from person to person. Kim Nuttall does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from your session, and you understand that your experience may differ from that of others.
4. Voluntary Participation
   By participating in a mediumship session with Kim Nuttall, you confirm that you are doing so voluntarily and of your own free will. You understand that you may discontinue your participation at any time if you feel uncomfortable.
5. Confidentiality
   Kim Nuttall respects your privacy and confidentiality. However, you acknowledge that any information shared during your session may be subject to legal disclosure requirements and that absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
